Bachelor of Social Work

The Marilyn Younger Conley School of Social Work offers a Bachelor of Social Work program that is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). Social Work is a profession concerned with the prevention and remediation of social problems. The Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (B.S.W.) prepares students for careers in social work by providing students with the skills, knowledge, values, and cognitive and affective processes that are essential in generalist social work practice, in accordance with the 2015 CSWE competencies.
