Jaclyn Graves grew up in west Tennessee and Mayfield, Kentucky, developing an appreciation for a strong community and an all-hands-on-deck approach to life and work.

Graves saw first-hand through many great leaders in her life that heading up an impactful team takes being a people person, and leading with authenticity. She now uses her ability to connect with people as Director of Outreach at HealthForce Kentucky. In this role, she leads community engagement, partnerships, and outreach throughout the 16 counties served by our non-profit organization.

Graves has long been a leader in the Owensboro area. She served as former CEO of the Greater Owensboro Realtor® Association, a local trade association representing 250 Realtor® members and over 80 affiliate member businesses. She was appointed to multiple leadership opportunities – serving as past president of the Kentucky Realtors® Relief Foundation, chair of the Principles of Association Leadership work group through the Association Executive Committee with the National Association of Realtors®, vice-chair of the Association Executive Committee with the Kentucky Realtors®, and on several state association committees.

Graves has a long history of community development and outreach. For four years, she served as Membership Development and Marketing Manager at the Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce. She was a DJ and Promotions Director at a local radio station for eight years. She is also a proud St. Jude supporter and member of the worship team at her church.

A Leadership Owensboro graduate, Graves has served as a board member for many local non-profits, is a member of the GO Chamber Advocacy Committee, an Impact 100 member, leads her church personnel committee, and was named one of Greater Owensboro’s 40 under 40.

Graves is a proud graduate of Western Kentucky University and mother of a teenage daughter, Carsyn, and an 11-year-old puppy named Clyde. All three ladies enjoy long walks, lots of snacks, and football season.
